Thank you so much for sharing. It has definitely improved my sleep. I have recently tried Amazing Herbs brand. It is stronger than The Sweet Sunnah I had been taking. I have read some good reviews about Hemani brand. I will look into that again. Thank you so much for your reply.

JicaChips- Jicama chips are a new fave of mine. I just discovered them. You can eat the whole bag for 100cals. =) Now I'm on a quest looking for jicama tortillas. I could make my own if I owed a large mandolin, but I don't.
