Roti is fantastic! And without the pita, the salad clocks in at ~400 cals. Very tasty.0 -

Post-race today I re-invented my curry dinner. I had about 3/4 of a serving left, so I stirfried some sliced cabbage and carrot slaw until it was nice and browned and then tossed my curry with it, with some nutritional yeast. Holy heck it was good. Looks messy but seriously delicious.
