When you weighed 125, were you working out to the same degree? If not, you may have to readjust your expectation of a healthy weight for yourself, making allowances for the added muscle you have built.

I take Natural Calm magnesium supplement before bed daily. It is sweetened with Stevia and has no calories or carbs. It's a bit expensive, but all-natural and very gentle and effective.

I think you are eating too many carbs and not enough protein, personally.
