Before I gained my weight I was a 12...gained all my weight and went to a 24 now I am back down to an 10 or 11 depending on where I buy. My goal is to be 6 or 7 for now.

I totally screwed up my September challenge and am late getting in on this, well posting that is but I've been tracking. In order to meet my goal of 50 which is way lower than I wanted but I am starting over LOLI need 2.4 miles or so. Happy mileage everyone :)

It honestly depends on what I am doing. If I bike for 30 minutes its only 200 or so calories if I run my 3-4 miles its anywhere from 500-600 add in a little bit of kettlebells and I am closer to 700 a day. I break up my workouts though morning and night and everyday is not the same. I do like to burn no less than 200 a day…

My vote would be with 3. This is a very motivating thread and honestly as much as I've seen others this has been the only one I have continued to work on and never forget about, I am sure there are others also who have gained motivation for this also.

First off this is not all women this is just her and her issues..Secondly, My husband goes MWF to the gym for two classes from 5:45-8pm he does Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. It does not bother me one bit that he goes. However if there is an event at our children's school or something going on here at home I do ask him not to go…

I was a 40 DD and now am a 38C which is what I was before kids and weight gain but I am almost afraid to get down to what I want in fear I will lose the rest of them LOL. Good thing is I have a great plastic surgeon haha

I weight in everyday to see how my body fluctuates with certain things I ate or drink. I only log once a week though so whether I gain or lose daily every Monday is my real weight in.
