    I pushed hard today, 5 miles on the treadmill this morning with a lot of inline, and then was determined to add some serious miles on my bike tonight even though I got a late start and so wasn't feeling it. Just after I found my grove, in the wind and eating lots of bugs, I blew a tire. Ended it with a beautiful walk home in the dark.
