    lost my first post from part 1, here is the update:

    August 1st thru 5th = 16.25 miles total, treadmill and dvd tapes

    August 6th = 3.25 miles..........total so far = 19.5 miles

    I'm just joining but I try to go 100 miles every months. So far this month I have:
    Aug 1 - 4
    Aug 2 - 1.7
    Aug 3 - 3.8
    Aug 4 - 3.4
    Aug 5 - 6.6
    Aug 6 - 4.2
    Total: 23.7

    That's about on pace I think, but I have house guests next week one of whom doesn't walk well so I know that will likely drop.

    Up and at 'em early this morning for my run! I am falling in love with running early in the moring instead of late at night!! This is going be a beautiful relationship for me!I was able to get in Week 6 day 1 (warm-up; run 5/walk 3; run 8/walk 3; run 5/cool down) of my 1/2 Marathon Training and get in 3.17 miles and accomplished 1 or 2 Virtual 5Ks this week for me!!
