I'm 5'5 barely and weigh 115# I wear a 0 or a 2 depending on the jeans.

I started at 172# and am now at 111. I like right where I'm at. My original goal was 130, then 125.

Unfortunately, it sounds like she's jealous. Just keep doing what you feel is right.Exercise gives you so much more than weightloss. I know if I don't exercise, my mood shows it!

In progress..... I hope! 43, 4 grown daughters, raising my grand daughter. Reached my goal weight a few months ago, working on maintenance and toning. I haven't weighed this little since I was probably 19.

I stay within my calories, exercise daily and eat what I want in moderation. I really think that if you cut out anything you enjoy completely, it will set you up for failure. You can eat things you like, just stay within your calories.

LOVE kettlebell! Yea, the first couple of times I was so sore! But, just like Lora said, stretching and something low impact will help. I did stretching and stationary bike. Kettlebells do work!

Exercise that you commit yourself to doing regularly! For me, I do my stationary bike everyday for at least an hour. It's what I like and I know I'll do it. I also throw in some videos and lift weights, kettlebells,etc.

I've never eaten my exercise calories back. For me, it seemed pointless.

I've been using kettlebells for a couple of months now and love them! The workout is great, and I've definitely noticed a difference. I'm losing more inches now also.

So, it's possible! Yay! I'm working my butt off. My weight is just right. I've started lifting more. I've noticed a difference the last couple of weeks. I still do a load of cardio everyday, I actually love cardio! But, I am trying to do more weights than before.

Honestly, I think you look fine. The middle pic I personally find to be too thin. You have to feel good about you. You look great! Its hard when someone is telling you that you need to lose weight. But, seriously I don't know what he was talking about.
