  • Haha no problem friend :) Way to go btw! :D
  • They give you a nice close estimate for me~! I've been losing nicely with the help of it :)
  • Haha yeah I figured not everyone would need it. Just put it out there if someone was looking to get one and was turned off by the price (as i was initially) :)
  • :O haven't heard of a body bug but at least you have something to help ya on your journey! :)
  • :) I was blown away! No problem :)
  • Haha well unless this product is defective... i got it at exactly the amount there. No shipping prices. i literally paid 15 whatever the price is for exactly what i was expecting on the product :o
  • Haha well, I didn't think i needed to rephrase "What's your excuse for not buying an HRM even if you wanted one" because I meant that If you wanted one but were turning away due to price than you have no more excuse. xD to each their own :)
  • G'day mate! Sucks that it doesn't go there! On the bright side, you're in Australia. One of the brightest places I know :)
  • Haha no problem! I just figured that when i was looking around the first time i would have loved to see something like this!
  • Nope, i bought this before. Got everything i needed
  • haha the best i could do is switch out some days of cardio for at home weight or resistance training. Problem with that is i hear you don't burn much fat for a while (until muscles build up) and that I have no way to track otherwise. The other thing i don't like about weight lifting is how sore it makes me for days on end.…
  • Well technically I'm counting calories when i do my cardio and then again when I'm working through the ol pedometer. Just because i have my activity level at nothing when i actually do do something in the day so i am trying to figure out how much i actually do burn off daily. It is always different wich is why i can't just…
  • I don't really have snack on times. My day always has something sweet in it (fruits mostly) and then if there's something i desperately want that's sweet or whatnot i save it for my relax day.

  • Thanks for this :) I agree with it all. I do most of this/working on it. Just trying to figure out the exact amount i should be eating from day to day and i workout usually more than that. I do a cardio session usualy 6 days a week for 60 mins each. then have 2-4 rest days. However weights is something i'm putting off for…
  • Oh man, I don't have many healthy crunchy snacks that i like now that i think about it. Pickles with low sodium? uhhhhhhhhhh i don't really like nuts or anything haha. Mostly it's chips or chocolate covered almonds lately. yum haha
  • Well at the moment I do 60 mins of cardio and that's all that really fits into my schedule. Since Cardio burns the most fat it's what i need right now, I can't even see muscles through my fat haha. So it's something i'm putting off a bit. I'm also not really into weight lifting as much and i don't have much at home to do…
  • I hear you on that however, I did not include my base activity level (as sedentary is nearly the same as a Resting metabolic state or being in a coma according to some sites) and i don't think i fall into sedentary or lightly active as my daily activity isn't always the same i try to get a better estimate of what i'm…
  • This sounds pretty legit. Although am I looking at my goal maintenance or my current maintenance. They are about 300 calories in difference at sedentary level.
  • Thanks! This sounds fair enough. I just wasn't sure where that switch was when you go from trying to lose 2lbs to 1.5 to 1 etc etc. So since i have 67 lbs to go i fall in the 1.5lbs a week. Therefore on a sedentary day i should eat around 1470. From there you suggest i eat back most if not all of my calories from general…
  • Haha yeah i do want it fast (who wouldn't!) but i want to do this right with the least amount of pain as possible haha. I am actually usually perfectly fine eating around 1200-1400 calories before netting. As in, i don't feel hungry.. Even if i worked or worked out. However i'm starting to feel like it may be causing me to…
  • haha well i have more than 17 lbs to go. I have 17 lbs until i reach one of my goal points, and that's to be under 200lbs. In actuality i have around 67 lbs to go. Do i still go for less than 2lbs a week to lose? I'm thinking that i'll average eating around 1-1.5lbs to lose a week and then burn off the rest through regular…
  • Haha well, you just find small exercises and work up. You are, otherwise, no where near too big to workout!! I was 340 lbs at my highest (5'7") so a little more than you and the first exercise i did was speed jump rope. I had a bad back and knees and after a long days of work if i sat down i couldn't get up again! yet i…
  • I understand gaining a few pounds back at the end of the day but all of it!? when you lost so much!? I don't see how someone could do that to themselves either. Myself looking to lose a total of 180lbs when i'm done... i can't imagine letting it all come back! MAYBE like 50lbs ABSOLUTE MAX (weight jumps quick when…
  • Well i can't predict the future for certain but I can't see myself staying on here forever unless i figure out a different approach. Each day it takes me quite some time to log and prep meals and it also is kinda stressful in a way to be constantly restraining myself so strictly on how much i eat. I believe that once i get…
  • My name with a o at the end. Haha, simple and easy. Although I wish i never put the o there, should have made a better name rather than waste my one and only rename... D:
  • Hmmmm if it was a significant amount and I thought that they were getting in the unhealthy range. However, before then i'd just help by preparing him healthy foods :)
  • Not being able to stand up after working a full shift. :P
