Oh man, i was going to do this before and tried it but i just couldn't. Not on the treadmill. I think it works best when you are higher weight. As you get down lower it seems to be a bit more wonky though because it doesn't know everyone's metabolic rate. :O

I was always big and as life goes, got bigger as I grew up. Most of my weight gain was medical problems that weren't in check. At least that's how it started. Eventually unhealthy eating came into play. I'd eat maybe one two HUGE meals a day with only working as exercise. So overtime it was neglect that hurt me the most. :o

For the wrist thing I would say it only works really when you don't really carry fat around them. However, i find that a lot of smaller bone structured people who weigh a lot do actually carry around quite a bit of it on their wrists which when this test is done, gives the falsity that they are big bone structure. The over exaggeration bothered me so much that I just got an HRM so I'd have a more accurate measurement of how many calories I burnt off during a work out. I'd really suggest looking into one! :)

I lost 100 in 10 months. Therefore i lost 50 in 5 months. That's about 2lbs a week. Which is the safest way you can go about it! So you're looking at 5 months at minimum for 50lbs. Anything much more than that isn't good on your body.

I have never heard of it? If it's only 5 bites in a day then i'd suggest against it. Now if it's 5 bites per meal.... were getting more reasonable... that is... 8 meals per day. It sounds like a silly idea though.

I log everyday almost (except cheat days because I want to feel care free on those days) and i have been logging for over 340 days now :) I don't talk too much though but I do get back to people eventually.

Well. I was fat to begin with. Always was a big gal. Born big, grew big, and grew bigger. hahaha. Eating unhealthy sure didn't help but it wasn't the only thing that made me so big. :o

I think it depends on what your end game is. Say you are trying to lose weight... so you focus on calorie goals. At least until you reach your goal and then you switch to nutrition goals. yeah that's pretty healthy I'd say. That's about 2.6lbs a week. You are Exercising, eating a nice amount of around 1670 of mostly healthy foods. Then yeah doing good. Sounds like your burning fat down :)
