    Yup, stopped by Dunkin on the way home from my hike, large Butter Pecan Iced Coffee with cream and splenda (my new weakness) and a Boston Creme donut. Hiked just under four miles, ate the calories back and then some, will walk three more tonight.

    That is the entire reason to exercise, right? :laugh:
