I had a really bad craving last week for a whopper from Burger King. But, I know my body and can pretty much contribute it my hormones last week. Anywhoo, I made it through without indulging, but I did have a few two-bite brownies. :tongue:

I'm 5'5, 28, I've lost about 24 pounds, I have about 7 pounds to go for my goal (155), but I have been at a plateau for weeks now. I have been really frustrated trying to get rid of these last few!! Please feel free to add me as a friend. I need a lot more support than I currently have. :smile:

Don't beat yourself up. You slipped a little, but that doesn't mean that you have completely messed up your chances for weight loss. I was having the same concern. I noticed that every day I was going over my sugar limit. I was at 0 (I had a treat at Starbucks today) and I just ate some watermelon and that took it to -20. You're right that we should be really concerned about refined sugars. I will stop freaking out about natural sugars from fruits.…
