  • Ok, so my "good" for the day is this: It is Saturday and I posted my food and did an ok job on what i ate.
  • One small step at a time !!!
  • You did great!! Believe it or not, when i first started running i could only do about 2 mins at first.
  • Good job everybody!!!!!!
  • I totally needed something to get me motivated. I should have already lost the 18 pounds I gained over the winter, but I have not. I was sluggish in getting back on track and my ultimate goal is to stop this gain/lose thing that I seem to do. I got down to my smallest adult weight last summer and promptly put it all back…

  • Officially weighed today, not as bas as I thought. Goal: .5 pounds a week Exercise: 4-5 days one hour each. I would really like to at least take a small walk on the days I don't run Misc Goal: NO MORE SWEET TEA - It has officially been one week since my last tea :) Reward: Either a visit to STL for a shopping trip, or a…
  • I agree with Carson. I also had PF last year. I went to a Dr that specialized in ART and he was great! My pain was cleared up in a matter of a few months. I am due for a maint treatment, but other than that i haven't had any pain since. If it is truely PF you can end up with permanent damage if it continues to flare.
  • It would help to know your height and current weight. I looked at your diary....why are your daily calories under 1200? I didn't think MFP would let you go under 1200 calories a day. I am sure most people would say that you aren't eating enough, but without your stats it is hard to say.
  • Love This!!

  • Sounds like you are well informed and are looking at your situation clearly. Good luck to you and congrats on everything you have lost so far.
  • I took it for a while and did lose weight, but i was staying up till like 3am and having to get up at 8. Then at like 5:30 in the afternoon i would crash/pass out for about an hour because i wasn't sleeping at night. I wasn't hungry and would have to force myself to eat. It made me really thirsty and my skin got horrible.…
  • I think i will try 3 miles a day for 31 days....total of 93 miles.
  • I don't consider myself a runner, but i have done 2 half marathons. I trained in about 10 weeks (i was already running/jogging on a regular basis and had done a few 5k's and a 10k before starting my training). I picked one day a week and did extra. I do 3-4 miles on a pretty regular basis during the week so one day…
  • Hang in there. If the "big" goal seems impossible, make small goals for yourself. If the number on the scale is frustrating you make your goals behavior related. Make goals like....i will walk 1 mile a day 5 days a week or i will cut back on eating ____ . I will eat a piece of fruit every day. If it helps you be more…
