I have the same problem. It's really helpful to drink water when you get that initial "I need to eat something just because feeling" it usually helps for me. But the easier way to avoid eating would be to go to sleep earlier, but I struggle with that.

I did the SAME thing! Lost 20 lbs, between August-November. Fell off the bandwagon and just decided recently that I can do this again! It's totally worth putting our health first.

I know that water exercise is definitely good for a bad back. I was told this by my physical therapist so I tried it. It is a really good way to work out, burn a lot of calories, and relieve the pressure on your back. I'm down for a challenge! Goal to loose 8 lbs in the month of February by adding exercise to my daily routine (30 minutes a day - at least 5 days per week). I'll be posting weig-ins on Wednesdays!
