I'm switching over from one of those "other sites".

Jul-Nov I dropped 20 pounds, then decided it would be ok to take the holidays off. Weighed in the other day and found I'd gained 7 of them back! Ick!

I'm losing weight to improve my cholesterol numbers. Generally watching sat fats, sodium & cholesterol intake, as well as calories. I really need to lose 20 pounds more. Not having been that size in years, I'm not sure if I'll keep losing after that 20 pounds, or if I'll try to maintain there.

The mobile app on that other site tends to lock my phone up. I'm hoping for better results from this one. So anyways, here I am!

    I am new here. I have previously lost quite a bit of weight but have a habit of sabataging myself and letting it all creep back on

    I did the SAME thing! Lost 20 lbs, between August-November. Fell off the bandwagon and just decided recently that I can do this again! It's totally worth putting our health first.
