I am 33 and have some serious back problems. I have mild spinibifida, scoliosis, and cysts on my spinal column. Also had a surgery called spondyliothesis and have to get a fusion done in the near future. Anyone with exercise tips please let me know and add me as a friend.

I know that water exercise is definitely good for a bad back. I was told this by my physical therapist so I tried it. It is a really good way to work out, burn a lot of calories, and relieve the pressure on your back. I did water aerobics (which is usually a bunch of old ladies) and then also took the same concepts, got my own supplies and went to the pool at my apartment to do my own exercises. I'm sure you could google some too! Good luck!0
