01/22/13 Tues 3.5 miles walk/run on treadmill Pulsed interval training as recommended by my RunKeeper training program: 60 second run followed by 90 second walking, then a couple 3 minute run sessions. Feeling so much more confident in my running, and can breathe better during the jog!
