  • Thank You for the feedback everybody! I know that this will be tough, but it will get easier the longer I adhere to it. Meal prepping every Sunday for the week, going into every day with a plan, sticking to my plan and focusing on my goals will help me stay committed.

  • I ran yesterday in some extreme heat. I sweated like Ive never sweat before. Which I hope means I burned a ton of calories. But I didnt drink enough water, because I developed a killer headache that lasted the rest of the evening. So you drink more water than I did ( I only drank about 12 oz).

  • Im super nervous/excited/anxious. I know I wont finish first. Which is fine by me. But I havent been able to run the 3.10 miles under 30 minutes yet. Is that bad? I guess I just wanna do as well as I can and push myself as far as I can and thats all I can do. Right.

  • guys always lose faster than girls. Plus they usually have more weight on then we do so if they lose more pounds you may still be losing the same percent body weight. so dont worry bout it. you look great!
