    I love looking at before and afters! it shows that it really is possible! congrats to everyone, you all look awesome!! hopefully someday soon I will be able to post a before and after, i just started a few weeks ago, so right now I only have a before!

    I have no clue how to do the pics... But I have my 2 week and 7 week pics on my profile!!! I can mainly see a difference in my legs... Everyone looks great!

    Awww.. Thanks, 12by311!!!:flowerforyou: I had always been too embarrassed to post pics, but I know that they'll keep me accountable in the long run. It's also a great feeling to look back and see that I HAVE changed my body, even if the scale tells me otherwise...:laugh:

    The other before pic is with the black shirt and with my son....
    I have 3 after pics when I lost the 30 pounds

    My husband and I are doing this together. He has lost 42 lbs and I have lost 29.

    Although I wish I had lost more at least I know we are both getting heathier

    guys always lose faster than girls. Plus they usually have more weight on then we do so if they lose more pounds you may still be losing the same percent body weight. so dont worry bout it. you look great!
