Whats your favorite thing about running? Whats your favorite trail to run? For me the smell of honeysuckle on my evening runs is my favorite part of running in the Spring. Having bugs fly in my eyes/nose/mouth is my least favorite. I dont have a favorite trail. Theres something about all of my trails that I love.

Running my first half marathon
Im running the Lewis and Clark half marathon this Sunday in St. Charles Mo. This is my first half marathon and im really nervous/excited. Do you seasoned marathon runners out there have any good tips on how to keep motivated, overcome fatigue, avoid blisters, and any other helpful tips? :bigsmile:

running my first 5K Saturday
Im super nervous/excited/anxious. I know I wont finish first. Which is fine by me. But I havent been able to run the 3.10 miles under 30 minutes yet. Is that bad? I guess I just wanna do as well as I can and push myself as far as I can and thats all I can do. Right.

I went to buy new jeans today and I discovered I wear a size I havent worn since I was 14. I havent been this fit in a decade!!!!!!!!!! I was so excited I did a dance in the changing room. I love shopping now and I cant wait for summer. Bikini season!
