Hello.....2nd marriage here too... Getting married in July 2014..in JAMAICA so I really need to crack down. I started Jan. 6th... have lost 9 lbs so far. Need to lose 25 total.. so approx. 16 more to go!!! Feel free to add me. :) This is HARD!

I used the splenda brown sugar blend and added cinnamon.... baked them.... I used the granny smith apples... sooo good.

I have the Mirena also... LOVE IT.... no weight gain.... no periods.... Dr says its ok not to have them if you arent ovulating! (which the Mirena stops) It works for 5 yrs but can be removed anytime if you want to have another baby.

I tried the Hungry girl version of Brownie mix...it was warm last night but the kids could still taste pumpkin...hoping once it cools it taste like chocolate!

I have added a few recipes and I am not sure if I am doing it right but when I do the servings, If it feeds 6 of us equally, then I say it serves six. I hope that is the right way or else I have messed up myself!!! Good luck!!

If you have an Applebees close, they have a menu of items 550 calories and under!!! IT is awesome!!! ANd for the movies.... I take a 100 calorie snack…

I had the headaches too.... I am now almost of week into my calorie counting....and they have gotten alot better!!!! Maybe its just your body trying to get used to it.
