I lost all my weight just eating normally, controlling portion sizes and retraining myself to stop eating when I am full.

Why don't you eat the yogurt with granola AS your breakfast, instead of a snack (that's a normal meal). Eat a peanut butter sandwich for lunch, etc. Substitute the foods you like for others. Then you don't have have to add it on.

I was severely anemic, and that caused me to get lightheaded. Especially when dieting (no red meat, etc) you can become anemic very easily.

If you only have 10 lb to lose, make sure you are not set to 2lb/week. You're body will only handle 1/2 -1 lb. If you're not getting enough calories, you're body fights back!

As long as you're not trying to sell it and it's not illegal, you can post it. That's just like saying I have a fitbit or get this HRM. Would definitely be interested in something that works. My belly looks like I'm covered in seersucker fabric now.

This! If I suffer through depriving myself, I will end up going overboard eventually. There's no way I would live the rest of my life without pizza or chocolate. I just fit it into my daily limit.

More careful measuring of your food. Especially when you cook at home, it is easy to overestimate what you've eaten (did I eat 1/6 or 1/4 of the meal, etc). I log it and can usually try to adjust the rest of my week accordingly. I've never binged over 3500, so as long as I keep logging, I can usually make up for a bad day.

I'd go with not eating enough or not enough water. Also, 30 day shred burns way more than 93 calories. Try entering it as circuit training.
