Do you like to dance? If you don't want to join a gym and you have a decent musical collection then put on some music and dance for a while. I'm not kidding, I swear! I have a Wii and one of the games that I play is the Michael Jackson Experience where you have to try to follow his moves. If you actually try to do the choreography (and not just move the controller with your hand) you can burn a lot of calories. I also am an avid fan of Zumba. Thiis exercise program is dancy and at first you don't think you're doing that much but after awhile you start to feel it!0

So up that walk! Couch-to-5K! No gym required.
But as Papabear implied, moving=cardio. Moving and sweating=good cardio. Anything you can do to work up a good sweat while moving around is good.0 -
My cardio days are a combo of jump rope and burpees.0

They even have a Zumba game for the Wii, and other games where you have to move around that will help. Make it fun and you can stick with it!0 -

fill up empty milk jugs with water or sand for weights, tie to a liberated mop handle.
Lifting weights will work better than bored cardio especially, because probably not motivated to push yourself on it much.
Also plenty of body weight exercises.

Pick a part, any part, and see list of exercises you can do with dumbbells or milk jugs and body weight.0
