I think GMOs should be labeled and the consumers can decide if they want them. I personally avoid them when possible.

I don't think eating all organic is that important but I do try to buy organic if the organic produce is just a little bit more than the conventional.

Being blind would suck so that's pretty stupid. Have you been on an all carrot diet? I'm trying a diet high in spinach, squash, carrots, and almonds with a focus on all the micro-nutrients. I may be stuck with glasses but at least I will try this. If it doesn't help my eyes it will help my overall nutrition.

You're so brilliant maybe you should cut your brain out and display it. I'm willing to try to get better eyesight. I believe the body can heal itself given the proper nutrients. Maybe laser surgery is faster but there can be side effects, it will cost a lot more and it may have to be repeated in a few years.

I have glasses from the eye doctor and would like to get rid of them for good. Even laser eye surgery doesn't last.

I don't eat a lot of meat as a paleo, I eat more fruits and vegetables, so it's possible to give that up. I've read about improving eyesight on both the paleo and raw vegan lifestyles. I hear it more for raw vegan so if paleo doesn't give me better vision then it's on to raw vegan.

Spinach has both. If you don't like the taste add spinach and bananas or other fruit in a blender with a little water and drink it.

If you're not diabetic or have other medical conditions, you should be able to eat a lot of fruit sugar. For me, most of my carbs are fruit sugar.

I'd say raw vegan is about as healthy as you can get if you eat lots of dark leafy greens, fruits and vegetables. For me I can't afford/stand eating all fruits and vegetables so I eat local meat and eggs. I'm on sort of a Paleo diet currently.

Multivitamin Zinc B-Complex Vitamins C,D,E Magnesium Niacin I'd recommend zinc because it's not in a lot of foods, a b-complex since those are very important and magnesium since it's difficult to get enough.

I used to have digestion issues but now I take HCl tablets with some meals and I feel good. They took care of my acid reflux when I had it.

I would say not to put it in the machine just put it on your nose if your skin doesn't get irritated from it.

I've put peppermint essential oil on my nose lots of times to breath better and for a calming effect, usually before I go to the gym.
