I recommend bio-kult advanced probiotics. They are expensive but really strong. They helped me get over issues I had for years dealing with the aftermath of strong antibiotics. Fermented Foods like kefir, yogurt, sauerkraut, and kimchi are good but not as good as actual probiotics.

I always thought Eric Helms was wrong for saying that. How can you tell that your nutritional needs are met? It's hard if not impossible to consume in one day 100% of the rda of all your essential vitamins and minerals, fatty and amino acids and that was created by governments to stop debilitating diseases like rickets,…

Twix cookies and cream

cotton seeds are way too high in omega-6 fatty acids.

one large yellow bell pepper is 569% of your vitamin C. https://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/3017/2

when supper is pepperoni, beef, and a peanut butter, cocoa, and veggie smoothie. My favorite ways to get salt are pepperoni and Parmesan cheese though I'm not keto.

I prefer the limited grains and added sugars diet. I go for nutrient dense foods now and have noticed that I usually feel much better. It's usually a low carb diet but I do eat some high carb veggies so it's never going to be keto. Paleo loses me at no dairy. I tend to only eat cultured dairy like cheese, yogurt, and kefir…

just eat beef and dairy if you want CLA.

Eat the whole avocado or two. It's not a bad meal with some form of protein.

I've read that the adrenals need vitamins B5 and C to work well.

I second the nutritional yeast or you can get brewer's yeast. Lots of B vitamins in those.

You might want to try betaine HCL or try mineral drops with chloride to boost stomach acid production if your stomach acid is too weak.

Top sources of iron: https://myfooddata.com/articles/food-sources-of-iron.php whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=nutrient&dbid=70 I love beef, oysters, spinach, and cocoa; not necessarily all together though.

Pork, beef, poultry, fish, seafood, and dairy have plenty of amino acids.
-
Have you tried betaine? I had acid reflux for years until I started taking betaine and it went away. I can eat mostly anything now without heartburn and if I do have heartburn I just take a few betaine pills.

I love braunschweiger and chicken livers. I need lots of onions and butter with beef or pork liver for me to eat it. It's so nutritious, it will correct anemia in no time.

I’m walking several miles every day. I can visualize my belly shrinking every day. My nutrition has never been better.

I second the spinach and carrots. I've never had a problem with celery being stringy but I have a blendtec, definitely one of the best blenders. I can't stand bell peppers in a smoothie, nasty. I personally like cabbage in mine and a little onion. I use peanut butter, cocoa, and stevia for masking flavor.

You know what would solve these problems? Liver cake.

When do I know that my nutritional needs are met, is it when following my government's guidelines? Isn't the nutritional needs more on a individual basis where certain people need more of a single nutrient than others?
-
Yeah but what foods are going to have these undiscovered nutrients? Fruits, veggies, meats, nuts and seeds or cakes, cookies, twinkies, snickers, doritos, and soda?
-
That's easy, you kill the other two and then get big macs, beans, peas, broccoli, and carrots and have lived the longest. Such a stupid question.
-
Sorry that was a run-on sentence. I've been up all night. I was testing how long you could hold your breath. Top foods as in each micro-nutrient. The human race can survive without 100% of their daily amounts of micro-nutrients. They just don't have optimal health or can get diseases if going without a certain one for too…
-
I'd say there are bad foods because it's almost impossible just getting all the micro-nutrients with the top foods and supplements in each micro-nutrient category let alone nutrient poor foods or foods high in omega 6s that will throw your omega 6s to omega 3s ratio out of balance. When I eat cake and cookies, I know I'm…

No but I use about 500 calories and it makes 2-3 glasses of smoothie and I have one a day so it's not bad. Plus I'm eating a lot of other veggies so I'm cutting down on my total caloric intake. I've never used pb2 and never want to. I think the fat is the best part of peanut butter.

You make a good point. I believe you can do it with food but you're probably right that it will take a long time. I have NAFLD and am trying to fix it by eating a diet with all the best foods for the liver and focusing on micro nutrient levels.
-
you wouldn't know that well if your liver is working at 80% efficiency. I've heard that the liver tries to work even heavily damaged until it finally completely shuts down. A lot of heavy metals(lead, cadmium, mercury), man made chemicals in the environment, everything the liver needs to detox in your blood stream. I can't…

The definition got lost in translation. Mercola uses science as well and critical thinking. I know he's not always right but who is? Sciencebasedmedicine.org is full of flawed science and skepticism of all the articles I've read.
