One of the things the wife and I do is to cook meals that serve 4. Before we even begin to put food on our plates, we package up 2 servings of the food in plastic containers for the next day's lunch. I lost 1 lb this week and wasn't around to post last week because of a death in the family. I can't wait for a moment when I can wear some old clothing. Everything was so tight when I started this journey so I'm still wearing the same things. My wife swears that everything looks baggy and that soon they will be too big.

When does everyone weigh in? I usually do it on Fridays and everything I've read says to do it in the am, but strangely enough I find that I weigh more in the am then I do in the early after a good workout. Also, my name is Audrey. Nice to meet all you ladies.
