it may not be the most accurate way to tell. But sometimes I will take 25lbs worth of weights and throw it on my scale to see what it comes up with. Last time I did it 25lbs was 24.5 on my scale so either the scale is off by .5 or the weights were off but I'm ok with it being only .5 off.

I seen on Yahoo that there is a show comming out called "Celebrity Diving" like dancing with the stars but they are going off high dives??....I don't know about that, but at the same time might be entertaining to see some celebrity belly flops.

I know what you mean. I've lost around 45lbs but because I see myself every day to me I look the same maybe my face/neck thinner. But to me I feel I look the the same. I have co-workers noticing, but I don't ask them what they notice.

yeah the sensor itself has an estimated 1000hrs of use. The battery is not replaceable you have to just purchase a new sensor. Its one of the reasons in the manual they say if you arent going to be logging data with it, to take it out of your shoe and replace the foam insert into the hole in the shoe. Ive been using mine…

Im there with ya, I'm 5-9 and started one I hit the scale and seen I was at 265lbs. I would start off dieting going to the gym etc..then I would fall off.
