I have recently found that I enjoy pistachios...good call! I have a VERY bad habit of - if I have something salty, I must follow up with something sweet. Needing to change my ways!

I COULD take a nap...lol, but that would be counter productive! ha! Example: Today I had a HUGE shrimp salad (cold shrimp, raw spinach, peppers, mushrooms and goodies), was very full! Around 2:30...BAM! I'm sleepy and kinda lethargic...stomach is growling and I'm thinking about Snickers bars.. Furious FOODNOW…

I'm trying to incorporate more fruits and veggies into my diet. I don't (can't) eat a lot of fruits because of the consistency-has never agreed with me-so I figured juicing a little everyday might be helpful!

I do appreciate all of your comments! So, thanks! I kinda poked around the food database but wasn't sure what I could enter that would bring up something remotely close to what I was juicing. I'm hoping this going to help get the nutrition I need!!

About 100 in the morning for my coffee and sugar free creamer, but I refuse to give it up!! The rest of the day (if it's a good day) is water and maybe with some Crystal Light and some Silk Almond Milk!

I change mine!! I have a HRM so I log those calories...EXAMPLE: If I enter that I hiked 85 minutes on MFP, it tells me I burned 906 calories.. My HRM tells me I only burned 769. Not too sure about an elliptical?? I DO know MFP is always estimating OVER what I actually burned.

Yes, it happens to me...I don't even get NEAR a scale for the week before or week of...it's just so discouraging.
