How do YOU get rid of "that 2:30pm feeling"???
I'm thinking that the healthier an individual is, the less tired you feel...but I'm not there yet. I have a weak moment every afternoon between 2:30 and 3:30 where I crave junk and want to take a nap!! What do you all do to fight that????

Working out while caring for loved ones...
Anyone have any ideas on how to walk or exercise while caring for my Mother?? She has dementia so I can't leave her by herself anywhere. I have 30 day shred on DVD but she does not have a DVD player at her home. Maybe I could bring mine over, but the space is still limited near her television.
