Hi everybody! This seems like a pretty cool site. It has surprised me so far how my calories are coming together. I quit smoking November of last year and changed to a desk job at the same time. I started working out at the YMCA the same month but I have gained 2 lbs since! I have never been thin and now that I am getting older I want to be healthy and thinner! Well, I'm not sure what else to say, but I am happy to know that I'm not the only one that is going through this!! Makes my goals seem attainable after reading so many success stories!
