So much water!

Hey everybody! I am new here and serious about changing my lifestyle habits and such. The past week and a half I have been drinking between 4 and 6 cups of water a day (more on the days that I exercise heavily). Now, maybe this is TMI, but I CONSTANTLY am running to the bathroom!! (just #1) I can understand that you bring in fluid, you get rid of fluid..but this is a bit crazy to the point my coworkers are like dude,you just went 10 minutes ago.
I never have been a 'water' person, but with the Crystal Light and working out its getting easier to drink more, but my bladder is like in overdrive!!!!!!
Anybody have any advice???

    Yes. Don't drink so much water. You don't need to . The advice to drink 8 cups of water a day has no scientific basis.

    You should be peeing 5-6 times a day. If you're peeing more than that, you are probably drinking too much.
