Hi, I lost 10 pounds since last weight in.. They said to update information and changet food plan.. My calories I was allowed when I first started was 1,280 a day. Hi, I am on 1,280/cal a day.. I still have 195 calories to go for the day. But I am over my Carbs already by 7. Fruits even have a lot of carbs in them. I am happy I lost weight.. Is that good for 2 weeks? Also I am confused about the exercise calories.. If I eat my 1,200 calories a day, then exercise 500 cal off that day, I should not eat the calories back so I lose wt right? Cause if I eat them back I won't lose wt, I will stay the same? Please any help is much needed…

Hi,, How important is the fat category when documenting my calories for the day.? Like today, I still have 280 calories to eat to reach my daily goal.. But am already over 11 grams in the fat category.. Should I stop for the day.. Or still try to get all my calories in? Thanks in advance!:smooched:
