I saw this online,, I don't know if it helps anyone or makes sense. But I think I will try it .


Find out how many calories your body needs, then cut 250 calories from your diet and burn off 250 with exercise if your goal is to lose weight:flowerforyou:

    i have heard this too

    i think mfp already takes this calorie deficit into account with your calories

    which is why they want you to eat your exercise calories, so you don't go too low

    just a thought
