I take generic versions of lexapro & wellbutrin. I exercise 1-2 times a day and need to be very strict on my eating to not gain weight. I can't say it's an issue with the meds or if I just don't control my eating when I'm not strict. I'm the same way with money. If i'm not tracking it I'm spending it and not saving.

If you're looking for it to become easy, that'll never happen. To me it's about staying healthy and the benefits it has. It gives me goals and things to strive towards. I find it weird to not run most days now.

Most days I try to eat them back unless I really don't feel hungry. The first couple weeks I had my calories set too low and I could barely function let alone exercise. Try it out and see how things go. You can always adjust.

I gave up caffeine as well but mainly because of the negative things it made me do. It would cause me to drink diet soda which I definitely didn't need. I don't think it's had any effect on my weight loss. No diet soda and no caffeine :) I don't like coffee so I don't need to worry about that.

There should be signs that say which direction the track is on certain days so people don't always go the same way and have one leg become bigger than the other

Upper body strength would definitely come in handy for climbing walls / ropes. Other than that a pair of shoes with tread would be the next best thing I could recommend. I bought a pair of inov-8's specifically for the mud runs. I just throw them in the wash after each run.

I can't stand wearing my camelback while running but for my long training runs in the heat I have to wear it. I went through 72oz when it was 95 on a 12.5 mile run.

I have a really hard time dating more than 1 person at a time but that is my personal choice. Normally dating does not need to be exclusive early on. You should do what feels right to you and what will make you happy. Remember though you can't know for sure things will work out with 1 or another.
