  • I just go 30 minutes pace 30- 33 set at 4 five times a week in the evening and on a recumbent stationary bike 7 days a week in the morning for 30 minutes. I have had good results

  • The majority of the people in my work place are women. Since I have been dieting they are leaving cakes in the refrigerator. there has been a carrotcake and a chocolate cream cake in the frig this entire week. I wish they would leave prime rib or lobster lol
  • I am turning 59 in October. They told me I was prediabetic. I knew what I had to do. After losing 35 lbs my bp rx was reduced. My ultimate goal is to get off bp rx completely. It is never to late to start. I have to thank my wife for her fantastic support

  • I swim 3 times a week 30 - 45 minutes I use the kick board for 10 to 15 minutes great for the belly Hydrate befoe swimming I think there is confusion between thirst and hunger if I dont hydrate before swimming I also have a chobani yogurt before swimming
