Wow!!!!! Maybe there is a reason I just joined the message board. I'm learning about carbs and the fact that I CAN lose weight eating them. I will say I feel better staying away from the "bad" ones i.e. white veggies, pasta, and sugar. Thanks so much for the replies!:wink:

I'm doing low carb too. The high fiber, low carb, low calorie tortilla I'm using is made by Ole Mexican Foods! I get them at Walmart around the deli section where you have lunch meat cut. They are great!

I love carbs, but my body hates them. Since I feel like I have to have bread, I have found a low carb (5g) tortilla. For lunch, I have been making nachos with fat free cheese on them.
