I just recently bought a bike and I am going to begin riding tomorrow. Instead of measuring by Miles I am going to aim for a time to get an idea of how far I can go within that time frame (My work schedule is crazy and this will help me adjust accordingly). Any suggestions for someone who hasnt ridden in probably 12 years?

You have to eat more. If MFP is telling you to eat 1250 calories you need to eat that much or close to that much. That will help you lose weight.

I have started eating sugar free jello and pudding and its great. The jello is 10 cal and the pudding is 60 cal. It gives me the sweet that I am looking for, but keeps the calories low. Fruit is also a good way of getting sweet. I have been getting watermelon and its been amazing so far this year!

I eat mine with pepper on it. I have heard others eat it with sugar or fruit. I am weird and cant mix food, so pepper is the only way I can and ever will eat it.

We had part of a chocolate stampede from long horn left over from when we ate out recently. I had a few bites. I am slowly, but surely not really craving super sweet stuff like this.

I love facebook. I am able to keep in touch with my friends and I am forever posting pictures. I travel a lot, so it makes it easy to talk to friends and family.

I just ate half of a cookie from panera and I almost feel horrible for it, but work paid for it and I only did eat half.

Work keeps me on the computer all day. Which means I keep MFP open on a tab in firefox :) I def dont eat 500 cals for breakfast.
