Great goal! I will add that to my goals for 2015! Right now I am using Couch to 5K, did my first 5k walking/jogging Thanksgiving Day.

I have been out of it due to stomach flu. Lost 2 lbs because of it. Now I am trying to get back. Doing squats at work after walking :)

I looked on Friday and did not see any challenge posted. I did exercise Sat and Sun. I did the elliptical and strength training exercises. Weekends as always hard on me with food.
