5/7 did a 3 mile fast walk, 25 min. on the exercise bike, and floor exercises.

2/7 did a 4.4 mile walk in 66 minutes, that's a 15 minute mile, but I was really pushing. good for me.

1/7 just took my great-grandkids home and needed to walk after the drive, so just did 4.4 miles and it felt great.
