You can't spot reduce. Jillian M even says that you can't in 30ds. You do exercise to build muscle so when you cut fat the muscle shows. That is why you bust your butt doing such exercise. It can be good for cardio burn if you can keep up with moves. I always find myself two steps behind moving a lot slower then the fast paced instructor. So would it be 8 reps total or a certain number of sets that include 8 reps until muscle fail? I have a book on its way but excited to start. Thanks in advance.

Hi just started and was wondering how many days I need to rest. Also do you drink protein shakes? How about cardio? Do you do it and how often? I try to eat 1200 calories but starve especially on workout days. Sorry for so many questions.

Put Your eggs in cold water. Bring to boil. Once the water is at a rolling boil remove from heat and cover for 25 mins. Set a timer you don't want to leave in much longer your yolk will turn grey. Drain your water and run cold water over your eggs till cool. Perfect eggs every time!
