Scared to add more weight when squating.. Feel silly asking
Hi All Has anyone else been afraid to add more weight when squating ? I feel like I can add more weight but don't because Iam afraid my legs will fail and I won't be able push back up. Has anyone felt this way and what did you do to be sure adding weight was a good idea ? Thanks

Days rest when weight training
Does anyone know how many days rest is needed between workouts? Can I workout full body two days in a row or do I need time in between? I don't lift very heavy weights just trying to tone. Thanks for the help:)

Net vs gross calories help!
Please forgive me if this question sounds stupid but will some please explain net and gross calories to me? Just how many calories should I eat? When I exercise my net goes down and the remaining goes up. So do I always try to get the reaming calories to be 0 by the end of the day or does that prevent weight loss? I have…
