Try not to ever go below 1200 calories because your body is going to go inot Starvation mode and your metabolism is going to slow way down...if your stomach is growling your body is probably eating muscle and not fat!! Go for light beer or wine....but in moderation....

you are 113 lbs and you are disappointed? I would give my left and right arm to ever be 113 lbs again....be proud of yourself this is huge....I can only dream for now....but am working on it....!!

Yes whole wheat sandwich's... those bagel thins and sandwhich thins are great, they fill me up and keep me satisfied... for snacks do a carb along w/ a protein.. ex: an apple w/ string cheese this will keep you more satisfied...

I have the cardio one and the strength one and both Kick my Butt bigtime..... they are really good workouts in my opinion.

I have read Tosca's book and it is very good....you could see if you local library has it first to see if in the future you might want to buy it.. or not.....I liked it... now just gotta do it.....
