going to the wedding it has to be open bar, but i understand the cost part so maybe beer and wine unlimited and the rest they got to pay.

try a mini choc with some fruit then you get both fruit and sweets :)

go back to the basics and start all over and you need to get motivated again, eat healty and exercise, when you are at your goal weight you still cant back off cause you still need to maintain yourself so you dont gain back your weight.

i log in everyday, everything i eat goes on there no matter what, even if i go over its still good cause then i can look back and see why i gained or lost any weight. its harder when im at a bbq because i eat so much food but little amounts but still log in

i lost 4 pounds after 1 week, gained 4 pounds after week 2, and then after 3 weeks i lost the 4 pounds again. not a lost on here but ill take it. hope to drop some next week :)

sounds like you know what you want, good luck, and welcome to MFP, a couple key pointers: log in everyday no matter if your over your calories, exercise, and dont give up and dont let the scale fool you

while doing your walk try running or jogging in the middle of it, you burn more calories faster and that could help
