You look great! You can really see it in your belly. I looked at the pics first and then your stats, I was shocked that it was only 6 pounds, I'm guessing you gained a lot of muscle! So inspiring.

BUMP, I am planning on shopping for one this weekend. I hold mine down and do "1/2" jumping jacks! But I'm also a big girl, so my size around isn't common either! :( I've looked up some of these suggestions and they don't come in my size. I'm so scared to shell out $60 to find it doesn't work or fit!

Thanks I'll check it out. I did see one when I was looking around that said a large # for pressure, but I didn't know how "pressure" related back to my weight and how much pressure it would cause.

I honestly have no clue what machines are called that I work when I go to the gym. I never log strength training because of that and when I did try to log some it didn't show calories. I thought maybe that meant that "those calories" didn't count. I know it sounds dumb, but I knew I did it so I guess that was good enough…

I have it, I've only done it a few times though. I have the Zumba videos too and tend to do those instead. I struggle with the wii because I find I usually end up being competitive about the points instead of just doing it and having fun. I know I don't do it right all the time, and I don't like that it tells me everytime…

Read labels. When you're picking your foods and deciding on brands, make sure to look at the fiber too. I put chia seeds in my yogurt every morning and eat beans, I never realized how much fiber was in them until I started tracking!

I have had Mirena for 2 years now, I use it for regulation not b/c. I LOVE it. I rarely if ever have a period, it did take about 6 months for them to get to that point though. I don't have any side effects. When it's time to replace, I plan on getting it again.

You need to eat more fiber. The first time I was told to eat more fiber I thought that person was CRAZY!! I thought it would make more go more. If you get too much protein it can also cause (very painful) constipation. Greek yogurt and cottage cheese both have about 12 grams per serving though. :)

I had a subway foot long the other day and I was able to put in .5 and it counted half the info instead of all. I ate half one day and half the next. Have you tried that?
