I personally, put on my ear buds, my watch, and DANCE around my room, house get the kids to join me. I do leg lifts, jumping jacks, kicks, wind mills, the old skool dances like the WOP and KID & PLAY. Dances I know get the heart pumping, so i get a good calorie burn. I log my Zumba class as Zumba

If i am cleaning my showers, ( three bathrooms) and i mean top to bottom by hand.or sweeping and moping my floors....it takes me 30-45 mins...constant movement..I count that...

I snack on prunes, and make sure if i can get food with additional fiber, and water....I slacked on my water for 2 days and suffered for 5

OR if i have clean socks, non fungus feet...im just saying...i think its nastier to walk barefoot then with shoes one inside or out!! and to answer the topic...I used to always have carpet until i moved recently and it is all tile..i like it much better!!

It has NOTHING to do with being in relationship with possessive people. It is our preference and out of RESPECT for our men...
