I am fortunate to have a husband that says nothing...but when we go out to eat...I find myself Looking up calories for the meals...I even share the calories with the server if they are just too high to believe.....Anyone else do this?
I have heard, a few times throughout my weight loss journeys. That walking or running in cooler weather burns more calories, because you body has to work harder to keep you warm..hence burning more calories..
