NOT HAPPY, but getting there...

Hey everyone I'm 23 and at 271 today, about a month ago I got very unhappy about my weight situation. I started to watch what I was eating and doing my best to count my calories and doing some walking around warehouse. I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks and another 4 in the past week which is a good start. I've noticed my shorts are a lot looser and had to cut another hole in my belt. I've only been a member of this site/app for a week and it seems to help a lot with keeping track of what I eat. my goal for now is to get down to 225, which I haven't weighted since middle school. Any support or words of wisdom that anyone is willing to offer would be very much appreciated.

    You seem to be on the right track!! that's how i started, then the more MFP's i got, the more motivated i became and started stepping up my workouts..... Just keep up your spirits and you should do fine.....
