When you say wraps....what all do you add to them and what kind of wrap do you buy? I have heard a lot of people discuss this, but I have never tried it. Any advice would be much appreciated :) I am tired of eating the same dang thing! Also the Luna Bars, where do you get these and what are the best flavors?

Pistachios actually have less calories than almonds...well that was the case with the ones I looked at. I eat lots of fruits, like clementines, grapes, peaches, apples. They are easy to grab and eat :) Good luck!

I was a horrible addict to Pepsi also....I made sure to tell myself I can have one if I want, but only if I work it off :) I refused to give it up completely, but like you, I drank a lot of it daily. I do not remember the last time I actually drank a whole can in a day now!!

I deleted the column...thanks for the help and posting this! I guess if the weight loss stops, then I may need to think about watching my sugar, so far not having that issue.

I was just wondering the same thing....I have not even had 600 calories today and I am over my sugar. I am thinking maybe I should remove it from my profile. I think I will get stressed if I keep seeing I am going over.

I am on a 1200 calorie intake diet, I sent you a friend request. I never go over and probably do not eat enough, but maybe some of my foods will help you :smile:

I eat a banana everyday, I do not believe that it is bad for you. Plus if you are exercising it is a great source of potassium, it has made a huge difference for me. I used to get cramps in my legs every night and they have stopped.

Angel Food cake....I love it and it is low in calories and fat. It does have the sugar in it, but to me it is worth it :love:
