  • I'm still really struggling with my knees, going to try my other trainers tonight and see if that helps but they are really sore. Down the backs, front and sides. Apart from the knees though I'm doing fine and thinking of moving on to level 2 very soon.
  • I've ended up having two days off, they felt ok this morning but then I went swimming and my adrenaline junkie two year old wanted to go on the big slide about a thousand times and the stairs have crippled me. Back to it tomorrow. At least I did some exercise.
  • What protein do you have after your workouts and how soon after? My only concern is that I'm consuming extra calories if I have a shake afterwards. I do my exercise at night so I'd feel like I was having an extra meal.

Just after I finished the 4th one I got a shooting pain down the side of my left knee and when I woke up this morning they were both killing down the back.   • Take some painkillers and keep going if you can. I've just done my 4th one and my knees were hurting by the end, hoping they will have recovered by tomorrow as I don't really want a rest day just yet. Good Luck Lyns

  • I am going to do as many as I can without a rest day but if I feel I need one I will take one. Not bothered if I don't finish in May as long as I complete the full thing and see good results. Hopefully I wont need to though.

  • I saw on Amazon (UK) that there are a couple of box sets you can get, think one had 4 DVD's in including the 30 day shred so I think I'll do this one twice and then look at getting some of the others, So no rest days it is then. Want to see rests quickly so just gonna go for it. Thanks everyone
