  • Yes, and be generous with your recording. Remember its better to overestimate a little what you ate. Sometimes even subway screws up their portions!
  • Keep it up, progress takes time! I've had more than my fair share of bad weigh ins, and unfortunately my scale is digital and shows the next person who weighs in my weight.

  • When I was in the army my wife and I were in a similar situation. I know its not the dream wedding, but we ended up getting married REAL fast with a judge, then did a celebration when I got leave. tell your husband I said thank you for my freedom.
  • Don't give up. Make it a lifestyle change instead of thinking of it like a diet. Just accept that you are going to be like this till you reach your weight regardless of how long it takes.

  • Don't be to worried if the doctors scale at your friends house is off. The scales at most doctors offices are regularly calibrated.   • Not sure what kind of dancing you mean, but there are several. You can do pole dancing or strip-both of which have been very successful for a friend of mine. There is also the Dancercise series, though they are a little outdated.
