Sorry to say it didn't work for me. I also upped my cals inhopes of ending a plateau. Over 3 months all I did is gain 10 lbs. I went back to lower calories and have lost 3. I have most of those mentioned. I did the Shred but then I moved on to a combo of them and I like Killer buns and thighs and no more trouble zones the best. They leave me with achy thighs where shred never made me ache (just sweat).

I think underwear shots are frowned upon on MFP. I would go bikini or sports bra and shorts. Also make sure your background is clear. While I agree making gluten free a "fad" is lame. Thanks to those fad followers it is getting easier and easier to find gluten free food. That restaurants are lying is not the fault of fad followers.

I log a loss immediately, but log a gain only if it sticks around for longer than three days. I realize water weight is going to happen and don't feel like logging gains that are probably water.

I had the same thing happen to me and it coincided with a change in my Birth control pill. Has anything changed recently that could be messing up your hormones? By the way, after some time it leveled out and my hair got thick again. Hang in there once you get it sorted out your hair will grow back in.
